Event Registration

Registration for Events is not subject to prior registration by the User in the website, however, it is necessary for the User to have a valid and active email address to complete their registration.

A inscrição nos Eventos poderá estar sujeita ao pagamento de bilhete(s) de inscrição. Este pagamento será efetuado pelo Utilizador por transferência bancária ou outro meio de pagamento indicado no procedimento de inscrição. Estes meios de pagamento não pertencem nem são operados ou controlados pela INFOSAÚDE, pelo que a INFOSAÚDE não se responsabiliza pelo seu correto funcionamento.

The User must follow the following steps to complete the ticket (s) purchase process for registering for Events:

  • Selection of relevant data for registration (initiative identification, respective date / time, number of tickets);
  • filling in the requested identification and contact details, relating to the issuing of an invoice, and the holding of the Events (for example, catering service) - the information marked with an asterisk (*) is mandatory and essential to the conclusion of the transaction;
  • The registration is considered completed and validated only after receiving, by the User, an email sent by info@medicalcannabiseurope.pt. This email will include the relevant information associated with the registration, namely: reference of the registration, invoice and the ticket (s) in PDF format (sent (s) attached to the email).

Cancelamentos, trocas e devoluções

There are no exchanges or refunds of tickets purchased for registration and participation in Events.

Em caso de não realização do Evento, a INFOSAÚDE restituirá às pessoas inscritas a importância correspondente ao preço dos bilhetes.

In case of interruption of the Events there is no refund if it occurs due to force majeure verified after its beginning. In the applicable legal terms, cases of force majeure are those resulting from unpredictable events whose effects occur regardless of the will of the sponsor (s) or promoter (s) of the Event, namely, fires, floods, cyclones, tremors of land, strikes, pandemics and other causes, natural or unnatural, that directly prevent its realization.

In cases where the ticket price is refunded, reimbursement can only occur in favor of the person who purchased it and against the delivery of a printout of the electronic ticket. In no case will there be a refund or payment of any expenses or indemnities.

A INFOSAÚDE poderá utilizar os dados pessoais das pessoas inscritas em Eventos para lhes transmitir as informações relevantes no caso de cancelamento, alteração de data, horário, local ou outra alteração dos Eventos. 

Intellectual Property Rights

Cancellations, exchanges and returns
